Booking a visit means telling us a child's name, age and your home address. This page says what happens to that.
What we collect
The child's name and age, your phone number, the address of the visit, and anything you write in the notes field. If you give an email address, that too.
Why
To perform the visit you booked and to call you to confirm it. The notes are read by the performer before the visit and by nobody else.
How long we keep it
Until the end of the season the booking belongs to, and then it is deleted.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside our team. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.
Your rights
Write to info@santa-claus.am and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
