There is one midnight on 31 December and one Santa. The earlier the hour you choose, the less the visit costs.

Every performer works professionally in theatre or film. The Exclusive Santa has a natural beard.

Frequently asked questions
Who will be at my door?
A professional actor. Everyone who performs for us works in theatre or film and has done this for several seasons. The Exclusive Santa has a natural beard and is played by an older actor; the Snow Maiden is a professional actress. Santa is never under the influence of alcohol, at any hour of the night.
Are the costumes the ones in the photographs?
Yes. Every photograph on this site is ours, taken at our own visits and in our own photo booths. The costume that arrives is the costume you see.
How far in advance should I book?
Midnight on 31 December is asked for months ahead, and the hours either side of it go next. If you want a specific hour, book as early as you can.
Who provides the gift?
The gift is yours — you hand it to us at the door, or tell us where it is hidden, and Santa produces it at the right moment.
What language does Santa speak?
Armenian, Russian or English. You choose it in the booking form.
How does payment work?
We agree it by phone when we confirm your booking. Nothing is paid on this website.
