How to prepare for Santa’s home visit on New Year’s Eve
A Santa visit lasts up to 15 or up to 30 minutes, depending on the package, and most of what makes it work is settled before Santa arrives. Here is what to decide in advance, in the order you will need it.

Book early, especially for 31 December
The season runs from 1 December to 1 January, and the evenings from 20 to 31 December are booked first. The sooner you book, the better: we recommend two months ahead, so the time you want is still free.
To book, call us or leave your number in the callback form, and our team will call you back to agree the details. Nothing is paid on the website: payment is agreed by phone when the booking is confirmed.
Choose the hour: earlier is calmer and cheaper
On 31 December the price of a home visit depends on the hour. Slots run from 20:00 to 02:00, and the price rises towards midnight: a Standard visit costs 10,000 AMD up to 20:00 and 30,000 AMD at midnight.
Think about the children as well as the price. Young children are at their best before they get tired, so an early-evening visit often goes better than one close to midnight. If the whole family gathers later, a later slot may suit you better. The full hourly table for every package is on the home visit page.
Choose the package
Standard: Santa comes on his own for up to 15 minutes, in one of three costumes of your choice. Exclusive: Santa and the Snow Maiden together for up to 30 minutes, with Santa played by an older actor with a beard of natural hair. VIP: Santa arrives in a decorated red pickup with a lit Christmas tree in the back, for a 30-minute programme.
If a home visit is not possible, there is also a live video call from Santa on 31 December, from 5,000 AMD within Armenia.
Choose the language
Santa speaks Armenian, Russian or English, and you choose the language when you book. If your children speak more than one language, choose the one they understand most easily: the visit is short, and every word should reach them.
Prepare the gift
You provide the gift. Before the visit, our team member calls you and collects it from the courtyard of your building or at your door, so the children don’t see how it reaches Santa.
If there is more than one child, wrap each gift separately and write a name on it, so every present reaches the right hands. Apart from the gift, there is nothing else to prepare.
What happens during the visit
Santa greets the family, congratulates everyone on the New Year and offers his good wishes, spends time with the children, has a photograph taken with them, hands over your gifts and says goodbye. Our performers are professional actors and are never under the influence of alcohol.
Keep your phone ready if you want to film Santa coming in: that moment goes by quickly.
