Santa at a kindergarten or school: a guide for organisers
If you are organising a New Year party for a group of children, this guide covers what to agree with us: what the visit includes, what it costs and what to prepare.
What the visit includes
Santa comes to your kindergarten, school or other educational institution — to the classroom, the hall or the playground. The visit lasts up to 30 minutes and includes a group photograph, a greeting, time with the children, the handover of the gifts you provide, and a farewell.
The programme is suited to the age of the group, so a visit to a kindergarten’s youngest group and one to a primary school class do not go the same way.
Two options, two prices
Standard, 20,000 AMD: Santa in one of three characters of your choice, all three at the same price. Exclusive, 40,000 AMD: Santa and the Snow Maiden together, both in full costume, with Santa played by an older professional actor with a beard of natural hair.
These prices are for one group or class. A performance in a hall, or for more than one group or class, is priced differently, and we agree it on the phone.
Prepare the gifts and the list of names
The gifts are yours to provide, whether the institution buys them or the parents bring them. If you give us a list of names, Santa hands each gift over by name.
Write a name on every bag or box and arrange them in the order of your list: the handover then runs smoothly, and no child is left waiting.
Choose the date and the language
We work from 1 December to 1 January, and the days from 20 December are booked first. The sooner you book, the better; we recommend two months ahead.
Santa speaks Armenian, Russian or English. Choose the language when you book, and if the group is mixed, tell us on the phone.
How to book
Call us or leave your number in the callback form, and we will call you back to agree the date, the time, the option and the number of groups. Payment is agreed by phone when the booking is confirmed; nothing is paid on the website.
